By accessing or using HawaiiStream™ (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. HawaiiStream is a registered trademark and streaming platform operated under applicable federal and state laws.
HawaiiStream is a content aggregation and curation platform that organizes and presents publicly available video content from YouTube. We do not host, upload, or store any video content on our servers. All video content is embedded directly from YouTube using YouTube’s official embed functionality and API services, and remains the sole property of its original creators and rights holders.
Our mission is to perpetuate the aloha spirit by creating a centralized, easy-to-find hub for Hawaii-focused content — making it simple for residents, visitors, and the global community to discover the best of Hawaii’s creators, culture, and natural beauty.
HawaiiStream operates in full compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you also agree to be bound by these policies.
All content displayed on HawaiiStream is sourced through the official YouTube Data API v3. We provide proper attribution to all content creators and link back to original YouTube videos. Users can always view content directly on YouTube by clicking the “Watch on YouTube” link provided with each video. We do not download, re-upload, modify, or redistribute any video content.
All rights and content belong to the original creators. Every channel featured on HawaiiStream is a like-minded Hawaii content creator whose work is publicly available on YouTube. We aggregate their content to increase discoverability and provide a unified viewing experience — we do not claim ownership, modify, or monetize their videos.
Each video displayed on our Platform includes full attribution to the original creator, including their channel name, and a direct link to the original video on YouTube. Creators retain complete control over their content through YouTube’s own platform — if a creator removes or restricts a video on YouTube, it will automatically be removed from HawaiiStream.

HawaiiStream operates under the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We do not host user-generated content; we aggregate and curate publicly available content from YouTube using YouTube’s official embed functionality and API services.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HawaiiStream does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed on the Platform, as all content is sourced from third-party creators via YouTube.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HawaiiStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
